Policy on Health and Productivity Management Initiatives

  • A Wellness Leader is appointed for each workplace. The leader works with employees, the company, and the health insurance union to help employees manage their health independently.
  • We make sure all employees complete their health checkups and offer follow-up appointments based on the results, enhancing employee support and facilitating access to healthcare facilities.
  • We encourage employee health awareness with lectures by occupational doctors on improving physical and mental health, as well as participation in a variety of sports events.
  • We enhance our efforts toward women’s health, including gynecological exams and anemia.
  • Together with workstyle innovation, we help employees achieve work-life balance by creating a healthy working environment.
